We want you to love your Wildflower case, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack It Up

Securely place your case in its original Wildflower box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
